* Function & Specification:
This teaset is the ideal utensil to prepare the matcha in the traditional way at home, or as used in Japanese tea ceremonies or gift sets.
Bamboo Whisk, used to stir the Matcha: 100 pondate height 10.5cm x 6cm
Matcha Bowl, used as tea cup: (There are many styles to be choosen from, can be customized).

Matcha Scoop, used to measure the correct amount of the tea powder, 1 Chashaku of Matcha = 1.0~1.5g:

* How to make a cup of delicious matcha?
1. Moist and soften the chasen with warm water
2. Place 1 Matcha Scoop of matcha into the bowl. For Usucha, thin tea, use 2 Chashaku of Matcha. For Koicha, thick tea, use 3 to 4.
3. Pour in about 80ml hot water (72°C / 162°F)
4. Run and stir the whisk by writing “W” quickly under the matcha and hot water, until there are no clumps and a fine froth developed on the top (about 10-15 seconds)
