Usage | 1. Moist and soften the chasen with warm water; 2. Place 1 Matcha Scoop of matcha into the bowl. For Usucha, thin tea, use 2 Chashaku of Matcha. For Koicha, thick tea, use 3 to 4. 3. Pour in about 80ml hot water (72℃ / 162℉); 4. Run and stir the whisk by writing “W” quickly under the matcha and hot water, until there are no clumps and a fine froth developed on the top (about 10-15 seconds) |
